VF Station contractual obligation?
Yes, I will. That was the target. The communication with Vodafone was expected to provide me the info you provided. Instead, I had to go to this forum. This is the problem. I expect, when I talk to vdfn support they will provide me the information you provided. What I don’t expect, is an answer “we don’t know, you have to, no other option”. A clear stament whether I’m locked to a whateverstation , technically, or not. Cheers Marcel How easy is it for a non-professional to get to the document you shared? A month, after asking half of the family for help? Hoping they will find somebody who knows whom to contact for such question? Do you understand why some people prefer the radio solution over what vdfn provides when they have to go over this torture to get basic information? Simply because they don’t get connected to a support person answering “I don’t know”. Cheers Marcel I’m sorry, I forgot to say this message is for your corporate management, in no way it is addressed to the hard working support team.

VF Station contractual obligation?
Hi, I have to pay for the "station" thing as part of my contract. Nobody asked me if I want to. I'm willing to spend the 100,0 CZK a month for it, this is not a problem. But I have a rack where everything is attached onto a DIN rail. Vodafone whatever.device won't be the first difference. Technology is GPON, standard, I can buy a GPON device and use it, then put the "STATION" to a permanent rest. Is there any reason, legal or business (about support I don't care) why I should not do it? I need the service delivery, the FTTH. Period. Anything after that, I want to manage by myself. What is Vodafone formal position on such situation? Thanks Marcel

Dekuji S pozdravem Marcel Vysudil
