You are on unofficial forum, so there is no support guy. In UPC ČR we have two DNS for all country. UPC is part of Liberty Global company, in Europe is headquarters in Netherlands.

U R Welcome The better idea is set the second DNS on Google ( 8.8.8.8 ) or something else. When UPC has a outage, it will use another DNS.
