The dealine of my bills is in 4 days and I can't log into this new myvodafone account. The support only answer on the Czech line but nobody is willing to help me there, they transfer me to the English line that always drop the call after I wait for couple of minutes. The email support does not respond at all. I am in Brazil at the moment, so I cant go to any store to pay my bills.

Tomorrow is the deadline for the payment and I still did not hear from anybody. The English customer support never answers the call.
